We don't let a property without a viewing taking place with at least one prospective tenant present. This ensures you're aware of everything regarding the property (location, room sizes, layout, etc.) and confident about entering in to a tenancy agreement.
If you like a property after viewing - we will require a 'holding deposit' - this will take the property off the market and the paperwork process can begin. The holding deposit will be credited against any rent, deposit and fees due. Please note that a holding deposit is only returnable if either RM Property or the Landlord pull out of the application process before contracts are signed. We require applications to be completed in a resonable time period.
We will require you to visit our office in Horfield on Filton Road and complete an application form and provide the following documentation:
Once we have completed the relevant reference and credit checks - we will advise of a move in date. All require monies will need to be paid in advance of this date.
We will normally meet at the property on the day of move in and sign tenancy agreements (if they haven't been signed prior), conduct a property inspection report and provide you with the relevant details regarding your new home.
